Cost is $15 per delivery for same day services. Deliveries must be scheduled by 2 p.m. for arrival of items between 4 and 7 p.m. For orders placed after 2pm for same day delivery until 9pm, delivery fees start at $25. For deliveries outside the Franklin, Brentwood & Nashville area must contact the store directly.
"All local orders will be mailed via USPS Priority delivery within 48 hours & FREE SHIPPING. Local orders cannot be pick up or delivered without purchasing the "fashion concierge" delivery.

If you require a more detailed consultation and/or personal shopping we can help you. A scheduled appointment will be created for a personal in-person consultation. The fee will be applied to your purchase.

A: Yes our stylists will pull items that work within any budget.
Q: Can I use the service if I don’t want to physically come to Violet Flower?
A: Yes. Contact our Personal Shopping Stylists to let us know what items interest you. Our stylists will then locate the items and either put them on hold for you for Fashion Concierge service or shipped directly to you. (Restrictions may apply)

Q: How much advance notice do I need to book an appointment?
A: A minimum of 24 hours notice is requested; however, some immediate requests may be accommodated.
Q: How much time does an appointment take?
A: Appointment times vary based on your needs. Whether you’re looking to get in and get out quickly, or spend a full day of shopping, our Personal Shopping Stylists can tailor an appointment to fit your needs.
Q: What are the Personal Shopping Stylists' hours?
A: Our Personal Shopping Stylists are typically available daily 10:30am - 6:30pm. With advance notice, they might be able to work with your schedule outside their typical hours.
Q: How much should I tip?
A: Nothing. Our service is complimentary are our stylists cannot accept gratuities.
