Shipping & Returns

When you receive Violet Flower Boutique Online Credit, you will be sent an email notifying you. You will need that email to redeem your credit.
1. Find the email from violetflowerbtq@gmail.com  It will have a subject line of ONLINE CREDIT. You may need to check your spam folder to find this email.
2. Please send an email order with your credit number. 
3. Once inventory and credit order has been confirmed, You will receive a response with all order & shipping details.  

Shipping/Returns

We strive on 100% Satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied you have 14 days for an exchange or store credit only.  Credit is available for 90 days. All Sale/Clearance items are Final Sale and do not qualify for exchanges or credit.

Shipping: Allow 1-2 business days for processing orders.   All deliveries processed thru USPS Mail. An email with tracking detail will follow shortly after orders are fully processed. The cost of your shipping includes the initial shipping and pre-paid return postage for exchanges (if applicable).

Concierge Delivery:  Same day delivery Monday- Saturday on orders received before 2:00pm. Delivery hours 2:00pm-7:00pm Monday-Saturday.  A one time fee is added to the order.   The concierge service is non transferable or refundable. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer to confirm order(s) & delivery schedule. All other deliveries will be handled via USPS mail.  There will be no pick up or drop off options unless concierge fee has been chosen and added to the order.

General Information:

  • How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

    All returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.  Holiday orders have 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.  This is in addition to the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the items. Return shipment postage is at the customer's cost.  Customer will receive a shipping credit which will be applied when exchanging item for new garment or size. 

    Violet Flower Boutique  reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

  • How can I make an exchange or return?

    • Submit exchange or return request at violetflowerbtq@gmail.com You must include the order number and contact/shipping information for processing.  You will be notified 1-2 processing days with shipping details.

    Can I keep the original item after having requested an exchange?

  • No: If 14 days have passed since requesting the exchange and we have not received the original items, you will be charged the amount using the original payment method.

  • Once I have exchanged an item, can I return the new item?

    Yes. You can return it within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment of the new order.

  • Can I exchange or return any item?

    Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and has all Violet Flower Boutique labels free of perfume, deodorant and wear/tear of item. on it. Keep the following exceptions in mind:

    • Swimwear: Non exchangeable or returnable.
    • Underwear: Non exchangeable or returnable.
    • Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging excluding earrings & body jewelry.
  • When will I receive my credit or my return?

    You will receive the store credit in 10-14 days.  You will receive an email confirmation of the credit along with credit instructions.
